1 cup butter
1 cup water
1/4 cup baking cocoa
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar

Icing
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons baking cocoa
3-3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
Boil the butter, water and cocoa in a big pan. Then, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Mix in everything with the sour cream.
Use a flat pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
