Cinnamon Apple Crepe

Ingredients

Crepe
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 ⅓ cup of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
Apple Filling
  • 3 cored and peeled apples
  • 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Recipe

Crepe
  1. Mix together all the crepe ingredients
  2. Heat up a greased frying skillet and pour in the crepe batter
  3. Cook a crepe on one side until the liquid crepe batter becomes more solid
  4. Once all the liquid is gone, take a spatula and flip over the crepe
  5. Pick up the sides of the crepe to check for doneness and transfer to a plate when fully cooked
Apple Filling
  1. Chop apples into small cubes and place into bowl
  2. Add brown sugar and cinnamon, and toss everything together to coat chopped apples
  3. Let apples marinate for 20 minutes
  4. Before serving, heat chopped apples on medium heat in a skillet
  5. To serve fold the crepe into a pocket shape and add the cinnamon apple mixture on top
